Eric Neely was born and raised in Garden Plain, KS. He has been a truck driver for a number of years and also invests in real estate doing fix and flips. He has his own podcast called the Wealth Trucker. Eric is a man of faith and it helps lead him in his pursuits.
Eric started his career jumping around doing a couple of different driving jobs and worked for a dairy company for about 10 years and worked in management there. He now is drives over 500 miles a day and is home every other day.
Eric talks about how he has invested in real estate and alternate forms of cash flow so he doesn't have to drive a truck just to pay the bills.

Rodney Elliott is the executive pastor for Pathway Church in Wichita, Kansas. He has been with Pathway Church since 2011 and has held various roles as a teaching pastor throughout his time at Pathway.
In this episode, Rodney discusses the growth of the church and the growing pains that go with it. He discusses how Pathway leadership had to mature and grow as the church grew. Rodney not only worked with the church leaders but also sought the council of leaders in business who were members of the church. He discusses how often times the methods that get you where you are now, are not the same methods that will get you to the next phase of life. Each step we must learn and grow and in so doing, be humbled to achieve the next step.

Jason Lansdowne was born in Wichita and raised between Wichita and southwest Missouri. He came from a meager upbringing. His wife also came from meager means and from an early time in their marriage they had always had a passion and dream to help uplift and provide for others who came from similar backgrounds through a business.
The problem was that they didn't have the means to start a business. At this time Jason realized he had good intentions to try different jobs and careers being led by what he felt God called him too. He finally he came to a point where he realized he was left unsatisfied and still not fully achieving the passions that he had from a young age. So he prayed humbly, admitting that he wanted to be used to help others however that looked and he prayed that it would be VERY clear.
From that prayer a number of things happened in a three day period that made it clear the direction he should go. His mom called him an hour after praying saying she had written a letter to Chick-fil-A that she wanted to open and operate a Chick-fil-A in her town. She didn't end up moving forward with it, but through that conversation she awakened in Jason a desire to lead his own Chick-fil-A. He also watched a documentary later that night about Chick-fil-A where he really resonated with the founder of the company and saw parallels in his own life. He filled out his application to become a Chick-fil-A owner that night.
From the time he applied to the time he finally opened his first Chick-fil-A was about 6 years. During that process he worked in a Chick-fil-A and eventually managed a Chick-fil-A. He also worked at their corporate level and later was a general manager of a Chick-fil-A before he finally was able to start his own franchise. It wasn't really until the moment he became a franchisee that he knew it was the plan for him. Through the process he faithfully served in obedience, content to grow along the way through the journey.
Today Jason is the owner of the to two West Wichita Chick-fil-A locations. It is still fairly uncommon for franchisee to own multiple locations, but through Jason answer to his calling and leadership he has very successfully operated the two locations in West Wichita and has been a leader in the company and the community.

A lifelong Kansan, born and raised in McPherson, Kelly Arnold is committed to serving and bettering his home state. After graduating from McPherson High School, Kelly earned degrees in Business Management and Finance from Tabor College.
Kelly knows service is what representing Kansans is ultimately about. He is committed to serving you with efficient government and lessened regulatory burden to allow Kansas families to reach their potential.
Kelly has spent his career in the finance industry and public service. First elected Sedgwick County Clerk in 2008, Kelly is serving his third term. Kelly is a member of the Kansas County Clerks and Election Officials Association, a network representing the clerks and elections officials in Kansas’ 105 counties. While serving as Clerk, he earned the designation of Certified Master County Clerk, from the WSU Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs.
Kelly serves on the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System Board, the Board of Directors at Hillsboro State Bank, and is a 16-year member of Sons of the American Legion Post 366, Hillsboro.
A fifth-generation Kansan, Kelly makes his home in Wichita where he is a member of Pathway Church.

Miguel John's is a local Wichitan who started Kingfit and more recently mmnt. He was inspired by his father's journey through Type II Diabetes and finding a better lifestyle while living with this disease. Through the process he began capturing his experience and sharing it on social media.
Little did he know, his dad's experience would go on to engage 40,000 people with diabetes, who have watched over a million minutes of content.
This is unique in healthcare because engaging patients outside the clinic is difficult and a big problem for healthcare organizations.
Unengaged patients become poorer health outcomes, which becomes greater costs for the health system.
When Miguel's dad began engaging so many people, we realized that the key to healthcare engagement was the stories of the patients who were living with different chronic conditions
We realized every healthcare organization was sitting on a wealth of these stories that could be repurposed. Every healthcare organization had a story like his dad.
So we began building a technology that gives clinics and hospitals the tools to capture their own patient stories and repurpose those stories into content that gets results.

Pete grew up in Hoisington Kansas as a farm kid. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1974 and started in the commercial banking industry. He was always intrapreneurial and started his own investment banking company. During that time, he also purchased a failing bank and turned it around and was able to purchase a number of other companies throughout the 1990s.
At that point in his career, he was successful by most people's standards. He woke up at the age of 40 and found he was still not satisfied. He decided to move from a success mindset to a significance mindset. He was yet again faced with trials in his business in 2001 and realized through prayer that it was more than a significance mindset but more importantly a mindset of surrender.
At that time he was able to start a number of businesses that influenced and employed inmates. He employs 200 inmates in the state of Kansas and 50 in Honduras.
He wrote a book titled a High Impact Life which defines what it means to live a high impact life and provides today’s leaders with the resources they need to define their purpose, embrace their passion, and maximize their platform for success in business and beyond.

David has had a long career involved in the leadership and management of small and large companies in the financial, aerospace, energy, and hospitality spaces. He spent nearly a decade as a program manager at Boeing learning the merger and acquisitions trade. He has been the president, VP or CEO of more than 5 businesses since then to include his most recent positions as the CEO of Plain Solutions, a third party developer in the FinTech, HealthTech, and Entertainment spaces and the CEO of Thumbscore which is seeking new solutions to financial health for everyone through technology.
David has been a long-standing chair for the Sedgewick County Republic party and involved in his community. He also sits on the board for Gathered, an organization who helps children in the foster system and is a board member for the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Yaghmai attended Harvard University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Kansas for his Doctorate in Internal Medicine. Dr. Yaghmai has broad experience in medicine and in 2014 started Free State Healthcare.
FREESTATE HEALTHCARE started as a group of doctors using modern technology to help isolated rural communities obtain access to affordable healthcare. To do this, we built a network of good-hearted physicians working at low prices and a low-cost, high-performance technology platform to make it all work. At the time, we were called Vigilias Telehealth.
That was the easy part. The rest of the time was spent BATTLING insurance companies. Insurances insisted on NOT paying for care that doctors were willing and able to provide, forcing Kansas residents to drive across the state to see doctors. They insisted it was the best way to help them. It was clear, there could be a better way.
After a few years of this craziness, they decided it was time to do something different. The clinic, FREESTATE DIRECT, spun off, and is meant to be the foundation for a new kind of healthcare delivery, built only to support excellent clinical medicine, and the needs of patients.
